Contact Form Processing

When you submit a contact or inquiry form on our website, the information you provide (such as your name, email, phone number, company, and project details) is transmitted from our website to a self-hosted n8n automation instance operated by Propel Web Co. on Render. That workflow routes your submission to our team and may trigger email notifications so we can respond to your inquiry.

We do not sell form submission data. Form data is used only to respond to your inquiry, provide requested services, and maintain records in accordance with our data retention policy. Submitting a form requires acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

Future Services & Marketing

We may implement additional third-party services in the future, including but not limited to Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms. If we begin using these services, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly and notify active clients of any significant changes.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information as follows:

• Lead/Inquiry Data: We retain information from inquiries for up to one (1) year.
• Client Data: We retain client information for the duration of the business relationship, plus an additional six (6) months after the relationship ends, in case the client wishes to resume services.

After these periods, your data will be securely deleted from our systems unless we are required by law to retain it longer.
